Piston Service Hub was established in 2011 by a small group of senior advisors who believed that Japan's business community deserved a consultancy that combined the highest international standards of rigour with a genuinely Japanese approach to relationships — patient, respectful, and oriented toward long-term outcomes rather than short-term metrics.
Over the following fifteen years, we grew steadily and deliberately, expanding our capabilities in digital transformation and organisational development without ever compromising the quality of counsel we provide. Today, with 120 professionals across offices in Tokyo and Osaka, we continue to operate on the same foundational principles that guided our first client engagement.
